Hi, I’m Mukti.

I started this fitness blog because I want you to live your life at your best and become the best version of yourself. I’ve been a national level Taekwondo player and have been close to fitness all my life. My goal is to reach as many women as possible to help and inspire them to live life on their own terms! I believe a workout can turn around a day and that food is healing. I have a passion for working out whether it is in a gym or the local park. I believe Nutrition is the core of health and a good meal is all you need to get away from your busy life.

I also believe in having a balance in life so the occasional beer and brownie is a must!
