Diet plan For Navratras

It is a problem for most people to consume a healthy diet during NAVRATRAS because of the limited food choices we have. But there are plenty of foods we can eat during navratras too.

We just have to know what to eat and what not to eat.

To make it easier for you all, I have prepared 2 Diet plans for navratres that you can follow to still be fit and full during navratras.

Diet 1

BREAKFAST

  1. Smoothies – Ingredients for smoothie below

  2. Curd (1 cup)

  3. Milk (1 cup)

  4. Fruits (banana or mango or strawberry )

  5. Dry Fruits

SNACKS

  1. Makhane

  2. Dry fruits

LUNCH

  1. Kuttu Chapati

  2. Salad

  3. Veggies

  4. Curd

SNACKS

  1. Grean Tea

  2. Apple

DINNER

  1. Spinach Soup or Pumpkin soup

  2. Sabudana khichdi

  3. Salad

  4. 1 Cup Skimmed Milk

Diet 2

BREAKFAST

  1. Sabudana Khichdi

  2. Lots of Veggies

SNACKS

  1. Coconut water

LUNCH

  1. Singhade ki Roti

  2. Paneer Bhurji/Paneer tikka

  3. Salted Lassi

SNACKS

  1. Grean Tea

  2. Banana Roasted/ Apple

DINNER

  1. Amaranth Porridge with lots of veggies

  2. 1 Cup Skimmed Milk
