HOW TO LOSE LOVE HANDLES IN 21 DAYS

Losing the fat from the love handle areas seems difficult. As the fat in these areas is stubborn fat and hence it’s difficult to burn.

There are three types of fat:

  1. Subcutaneous fat 

  2. Visceral fat

  3. Intramuscular fat

SUBCUTANEOUS FAT is stubborn fat and is found in hips, thighs and love handles. The fat of these areas are stubborn the blood flow in these areas is less; therefore the areas of subcutaneous fat need more time to heat up and lose at and the external factors do not help in losing fat of these areas. Some people think that by having body massage or by steam spa they can lose this stubborn fat- they are wrong. There are many factors involved in losing this stubborn fat and these factors involve the hormonal balance in our body, insulin resistance which depends on one’s lifestyle and workout.

There are two ways to reduce love handles:

  1. Workout

  2. Diet

Some people make silly mistakes by having less diet and workout more. The persons doing this mistake should stop it now and totally avoid it as it affect one’s insulin level, and decrease the beta receptor in the body and imbalance the hormone level.

The following diet will help you get rid of the love handles in 21 days

WEEK 1

DIET:

Eat less i.e. try having fewer calories throughout the week (calorie deficit)

WORKOUT:

During the first week of losing love handles do less workout i.e. 30 minutes of walk.

WEEK 2

DIET:

The second week of this process also includes less calorie throughout this week (calorie deficit)

WORKOUT:

 This week includes 45 minutes of walk and exercises 3 days in the second week.

WEEK 3

DIET:

During the third week of this whole process one must increase the calorie intake, carbohydrates and protein.

WORKOUT:

This week includes 60 minutes of walking and one must do stomach exercise and workout the whole week.
