Tips on how to increase stamina
All of us like to be healthy and active during our day to day activities. But we get tired easily just by climbing some stairs. Physical stamina is a very important aspect of our physical health. Good stamina refers to good cardiovascular health.

Tip1 – Eat healthily – Try to consume a healthy diet every day. Calculate your protein intake and how many calories you consume. If you eat more and put on weight, it would be difficult to increase stamina. A lean body possesses better stamina.
Tip2 – Be Consistent – Don’t be that guy who gives up after a day or a week. Be consistent with whatever goal you have in mind. Wake up every day and go for a run. If you are a newbie and are not able to pick up the pace, don’t lose hope. Schedule every day.
Start with a 30-minute walk on your first day. Increase time by 10 minutes every alternate day. By end of the week, you would be comfortable with at least 1 hour of walking.
Start your next week with jogging. Do it at a slow pace until you feel exhausted. Slowly increase your jogging time.
Try to include sprints between jogging. This will help your heart rate to increase and increase your capacity to store oxygen.
Tip3. – Be patient – Don’t be too eager to get results. It will take some time for your body to adapt to it. Give time and be patient. It will take at least 3 months for you to increase your stamina so you could run for an hour without gasping for air.
Tip4 – Drink hot water – Drink hot water as soon as you wake up. It will help you increase your metabolism. Increase in metabolism will lead to good health and better stamina.
