Some people get nervous by seeing or listening to the word WORKOUT but we are giving you guys two of the easy exercise which one can practice at home and it won’t take much of your time. The two easy exercises are:

JUMP SQUATSFRONT KICKSJUMP SQUATS: They are to be done twenty in a row with a set of three ie(20X3)

FRONT KICKS: These are to be done by one leg each at a time so 10-10 kicks can be done alternatively by each leg ie(20X3)

STEP TWO: CARDIO

The best cardio exercises can be done at home; like one can do skipping, jogging at one place, dancing. The best cardio workout can be done in 20 MINUTES if done with full energy. One can do cardio by putting on some songs and doing some dance for a full 20 minutes or skipping done continuously for 20 minutes.

Cardio workouts are an important component of your health and well-being. You can implement an effective cardio workout at home, even if you do not have enough space or equipment to do so.


STEP THREE: DIET

Eating food that is as close as possible to the way nature made it can make a huge difference to the way you think, look, and feel. Eating a healthy diet is not about strict limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and boosting your mood. The cornerstone of a healthy diet should be to replace processed food with real food whenever possible. Listed below are the foods to eat and not to eat while getting rid of your thighs and hip fat:

STEP FOUR: WATER
